[stella] Steller Track kernel alignment

When adapting the Stellar Track kernel (from Dark
Mage) for future use in the Chimera menu I discovered
(after a lot of experimentation, of course) that when
I center the text it breaks the kernel.  Is there a
timing-reason why the text has to be aligned left?

I noticed that David Crane's Boggle kernel also has
things left-aligned.
