[stella] Flicker Free 13 Character Demo with source.

Hello,

It has taken me over a year to do this (mostly because of a hard  
drive crash), but please find attached a demo binary and the source  
code for my trick to display 13 characters of 3-by-N resolution with  
no flicker.   I was going to make a fancier demo with bouncing text  
and what not, but then I got bored.  So it is what it is.  I hope  
these ideas are useful.  My detailed description of how the technique  
works is given in the Draw13.inc file.  Please let me know if what I  
wrote does not make sense and I will clarify.
