[stella] SuperCharger startup state

In Chad Schell's Cuttle Cart documentation, he gives the startup state after
an SC load, namely:

A = random
X = $FF
Y = $00
SP = $FF
TIA $04 - $2C = $00
RAM $81 - $9D = $00
RAM $80 is the SC register save
RAM $FA - $FF is overwritten with the jump to start routine

Questions:
1. Can I assume that emulators and RAM carts (other than the SC/CC1) mimic
this behaviour?
2. Any guesses what the state of the D and I status flags are? (I'd assume
SEI & CLD, but ya never know.)
