[stella] Patola cart cases update?

I'd like to try following up on this before it's too
late.
We're getting close to finalizing the PCB for Chimera.
Right now we have it aligned for Atari style cases,
but we could do one more board revision for Patola if
I knew we could easily place orders these cases.
Since this board would also be used with homebrews
we'd need to make sure they would be available in the
future too.
