Nope, you're not the only one.  I have been swamped by higher priority
items the last several weeks.  I apologize profusely.

I expect my schedule to loosen considerably next week.

It's still up and it still works, the only thing missing is the link
from the main archive page, which got nuked during the last mailing list
software upgrade.
