[stella] Testing on the real thing (was: Understanding the PIA)

write a short program that saves the results in RAM then display the  
results.

The program can be run on a real Atari by using a Flash cartridge like  
a Cuttle Cart or Krokodile Cart or even using a Starpath Supercharger.
