[stella] Stella 2.4.2 (Windows) Crash

Those are from Paul Slocum's Music Kit 2.0.  Attached is a binary.

I found the REAL problem: line 494, BPL B1Overscan
This branch is out of range (and incidentally DASM didn't warn me about
this!)  Replaced with JMP B1Overscan and everything's cool.

So now I found both a Stella bug AND a DASM bug.  Go figure.
