[stella] Flickering on LCDs

it's probably trying to deinterlace and upscale the signal and is  
getting confused because it's expecting 480i and getting 240p.  You  
may wish to check your HDTV's manual to see if it has any settings to  
control it(probably in the menu with video options).

My HDTV doesn't like the 240p signal put out by older consoles(I've  
tried my Atari & Genesis).  I normally get a blue screen which means  
unable to sync to the signal.
