[stella] Stella 2.5.1 debugger window

That was it! Somehow it had got set to a width of 1050. When I changed it to 1030, it was back to the same size as it was in 2.5. Thank you!

OK, this got me thinking, since the size didn't change between 2.5 and 
2.5.1.  Try going to Options -> UI Settings -> Debugger and make sure 
the width and height are actually set to the smallest level (which is 
1030x690).
