[stella] Earliest safe write to PF1 for asymmetrical playfield?

Hi there,

The timings I have are...

PF0...22 - 24
PF1...27 - 34
PF2...38 - 45

Based on these the earliest you can write to the registers without affecting
the left side are...
PF0...cycle 25
PF1...cycle 35
PF2...cycle 46

These were done via experimentation so they may not be 100% accurate. Also,
IIRC some 7800 PF write timings are a little off from the 2600.
