[stella] DASM negative number issues

Really?  I have to wonder what could possibly be the rationale for removing the error info.

Personally, I'm still using a private build of 2.20.07 that fixes some bugs not addressed in 2.20.11, but if 2.20.12 has crappy error reporting, I guess I'll stick with 2.20.07 again.
