Should be easy to improve it some. For the start Stella could have all  
system registers hardcoded (or read from VCS.H) and only scan for values  
 from $80 to $FF within the sym file. It should also be possible to have  
read instructions display other register names than writes.

These two changes should already cover a large bunch of the issues  
described here :-)
