If by "jump-points" you mean the target addresses for branches, JMP, and JSR, then I would like to see them allowed below $1000-- i.e., between $80 and $FF, for executable code that's stored in zero-page RAM. This is not totally unheard-of, even though it may be rare that someone can sacrifice a chunk of precious zero-page RAM for that purpose! ;)
