[stella] I2C.inc bugfix

Some of you may (or may no) have used my optimized I2C.inc file
(version 2.1). While developing SaveKey support for Stella, Steve
found out that there is a potential bug hidden in there. This was
confirmed by Alex Herbs.

Though the bug has not been reported on real hardware (yet!), I urge
everybody to use the updated version instead.
