Alright, I have a question about the F4/F6/F8 bank switching  
approach.   I understand how the bank switching hot spots work, but I  
am wondering is there any sort of debounce required during a  
switch?   In other words, is the switch always instantaneous, or do I  
need a couple instructions after the switch to be identical between  
the two banks, because the processor might be reading from either the  
starting bank or the ending bank for the next couple cycles.    Any  
advice?

You shouldn't need to worry about that... the bankswitch happens
quickly enough that you won't need to "double up instructions".

Do keep in mind that the PC has advanced those 3 bytes though, so be
careful where your jump will end up.  Example startup routine...

Over the years I've collected a TON of garage sale stuff, and I need to clear out some closet space.  Rather than sell this stuff on eBay, I thought it would be more "Christmas-y" to just give the stuff away, as my way of giving back to the classic gaming community.
